More amazing home cooking at Julie and Wen's

Julie's homemade pate enjoyed with crispy baguette, sweet potato and spinach salad, and her southern fried chicken marinated in Chobani yoghurt and 20 spices...Colonel who??

More awesomeness...there were two huge plates of fried chicken and at the end of dinner there was no chicken in the house. Her plate of rare roast lamb was succulent, flavourful and of course completely finished!

As you can see, I really liked her southern fried chicken, served with coleslaw.

Garlic mash potatoes. In spite of my blog, I am not a fan of mashed potatoes, until now. I scooped it on crispy baguette and poured it gravy-like over the chicken and lamb.

Julie made her own flourless chocolate cake and brought out her new product, Chobani Greek yoghurt, made with fresh fruit and with only 2% fat. I am making the change to Chobani as it is the perfect complete breakfast...apart from being absolutely delicious and so versatile.

What a fantastic evening! Thank you Julie. I am still thinking of the food!!
