Appetizer of fine bean and baby corn in walnut dressing



Fried tofu coated in bonito flakes and sesame seeds served with grated ginger and soya sauce






Miso cod and tamago served with grated daikon and soya sauce




Buta kakuni (slowed cooked pork belly), daikon in dried scallop stock and truffle mash potato



Finished off with green tea cake
