First time we tried these easy baked Bubble & Squeak Cakes (according to the label, made with Maris Piper potato, Savoy cabbage & spring greens with lightly fried spring onions, sea salt & cracked black pepper)...and it won't be the last! Next time may get some roast beef to make it into a complete meal. DELICIOUS nonetheless!
