Big big thank you to Aunty Liu Hin, one of my favourite people, and fabulous cook who can make anything. She always makes a dish of curry potatoes for me to pick up on my way home from work or to takeaway after an awesome dinner at her home. Thank you for always remembering Aunty. I feel the love with every mouthful.
