Artichoke, Sculpture Square, 161 Middle Road, Singapore

The exterior once you walk through Sculpture Square...boxed vegetables and herbs are everywhere...

including cherry tomatoes on the vine.

Save some space for the desserts. They not only look decadent but are totally delicious.

Mezze Platter (Hummus with fresh chickpeas, Smoked Salmon, Bacon, Grilled Haloumi Cheese, Beetroot Salad with drizzles of pistachio, fresh pormegrantate, sumac and za'atar  and a few sides of Sesame Toast for scooping up all the above.

The Travelling Spud looked long and hard for spuds on the menu and this was what he found:
Bacon and Sweet Potato Hash (Chilli Maple Bacon and Sweet Potato Hash, Fried Eggs, Rocket, Turkish Toast and Jim Bean Bourbon Butter). The Travelling Spud title is still maintained!

Scrambled Eggs and Mushrooms

Hummus served up with a dash of Paprika and a frond of freshly harvested basil.

Lamb Shakshouka(2 Eggs cracked over a skillet of sizzling tomato sauce, Roast Lamb Shoulder, Kashkaval Cheese, Pistachio Dukka and Za'atar Bread)

with totally awesome super cool Chef-Owner Bjorn Shen. As Arnold said: "We'll be back".
