Czech Cuisine at the Holiday Inn, Convention Centre, Prague






Local steak on potatoes with mushroom sauce topped with local mushrooms and side of spinach.





Thin sliced pork accompanied by oven baked potato slices with mushroom sauce.



Pan fried chicken with mash potato and side of apricots.





Tandoori chicken breast on bed of basmati rice




OK. I have been eating a lot at the conference hotel!
