Baker & Cook, 77 Hillcrest Road, Singapore


Savoury Tart of the Day: Sausage, Sun-dried Tomato and Potato, topped by Haloumi Cheese, with a side of Cauliflower, Chickpea and Rocket Salad. The tart hits all the right buttons with me, it is a tasty, tomato-y recipe with a rich right combination of ingredients. Half a tart (shared with the Spudette) served as lunch.
